Refund policy
REFUND POLICY
The customer has 05 days after receiving their purchase to initiate the replacement process ( 5 days includes date of delivery). This can be done by emailing our support team at n or by filling out the contact form on our contact us page.
Replacement Conditions:
Replacement will be only accepted for the problem mentioned below:
- Manufacturing defects
- Received broken items
- Wrong item received
If you received product in any condition mentioned above, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with valid proof of videos and images of unboxing courier package and product. We will arrange to deliver the correct items.
To be eligible for the replacement process, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation number or proof of purchase.
Please do not send any merchandise to our return mailing address without contacting our support team first.

What are the steps to be followed for processing a Replacement Request?
- To initiate the Replacement process, customer must send an email to dealsstudioo@gmail.com mentioning the following details:
- Subject Line: Replacement Request for Order ID: HS/
- High-definition video and pictures of the product with accessories and outer packaging.
- Detailed description of the fault in the product, and reason for initiating the replacement request.
- Based on the mail received from customer, our support executive will check and validate the request.
*Refund will be issued only if replacement product not available with us.
Cancelling an Order:
If you want to cancel an order that we have not yet shipped, please email us at dealsstudioo@gmail.com with your order number so that we can cancel the fulfilment of your order.
If your order is already in transit, we are unable to recall your order from the shipping courier. However, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team so that we can help you with this process.
Product Damaged after Used by Customer:If a product is damaged while being used by the customer, Gocliq is no longer required to replace the item or refund the original order.
What are the conditions under which a Replacement Request cannot be processed?
Return request cannot be processed for the following conditions:
- Any damage caused due to normal wear and tear,
- Improper usage
- Electrical circuit failure
- Faulty charging or voltage mismatch.
- Tampering or unauthorized repair
Used Product won't be accepted for a Replacement Request under any circumstances.
Exchange for a Different Product:If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different product, please reach out to our customer service team at dealsstudioo@gmail.com or by filling out the contact us form on the CONTACT US page. Exchange is subjected on approval.
Insured Shipping CoverageOur insured handling shipping method only covers manufacturer defects and does not cover:
- Damage caused by the customer
- Insufficient care by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Breakdown of colors and materials caused by sun exposure
- After-market modifications
If you have not received a refund for a returned item, please first double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
If your return has been delivered for more than 3 business days but you have not received a refund notification email, please email our customer support team at to ensure your refund is processed immediately.
Once a return is received at our facility, a refund will be issued to the customer's original form of payment within 3 business days. If the customer paid via credit card, it may take up to 5 additional business days for the refund to appear on the credit card statement. The customer will receive an email notification when the refund has been issued.
